Due to the sensitivity of research materials and the strict requirement for chain-of-custody integrity, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items once they have departed our facility.
DISCREPANCY RESOLUTION
If a shipment arrives in a compromised state or is incorrect, the Client must submit a formal claim within 72 hours of delivery. Detailed photographic evidence of the packaging and product must accompany the claim. Valid claims will result in a priority replacement or store credit.
