Terms and Conditions

This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between AscendQuick and the purchasing party (“Client”). By accessing our platform or purchasing materials, the Client agrees to be bound by all provisions herein.

1.1 RESEARCH DESIGNATION

Ascend Quick provides specialized compounds exclusively for laboratory research, analytical testing, and development purposes. These materials are strictly prohibited for human or animal consumption. The Client warrants that they possess the necessary expertise and equipment to handle these materials safely
within a controlled research environment.

1.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall AscendQuick, its directors, or employees be liable for any damages arising out of the storage, handling, or application of the materials provided. The Client assumes full responsibility for complying with all local and international safety regulations regarding research chemicals.
